a national restaurant in bitola - grnb

Still I want to talk about Bitola. I mentioned several times that foods in Macedonia are all good so far, and here is this restaurant, GRNB, in Bitola. Tavce-gravce, taratur, and chai were good there. Nice interior design too. "National" restaurant sounds funny in English, but it means that they serve Macedonian foods. It does not mean that the restaurant is owned by the nation (and the Russian flag does not mean anything, there is just the consulate in the 2nd floor).

まだビトラの話なのですが、ランチで入ったマケドニア料理のレストラン「GNRB」もよかったです。何度も言うようですが、マケドニア料理はなにを食べてもうまい。ちゃんとおいしく作るレストランに行けばもっとうまい。ここで食べたタフチェグラフチェ(豆料理)もタラタール(サワークリームときゅうりのサラダ)もお茶も合格でした(でもパンは前の日ストゥルーガで食べたパンの方がうまかった、グリルされてて)。内装もナイスだったし。そして、やっぱタフチェグラフチェは素焼きの器で焼いたヤツの方がほくほくしていておいしいです。
