Speaking of good tavce-gravce, there is a really good Macedonian restaurant that serves excellent tavce-gravce in my neighborhood. Toto. It is famous for grills, but other side dishes such as tavce-gravce and shopska salata are all good. And the grilled bread and fresh lemonade are super! I like its cozy, homy atmosphere too.

ホクホクのうまいタフチェグラフチェといえば、うちのご近所レストラン(隣じゃないんだけど隣の隣の隣くらいかな)「トト」もすばらしいマケドニアごはんを出す。こじんまりとして家庭的な雰囲気のこのトトは、もともとは肉料理で有名な店なんですが、肉だけじゃなくってタフチェグラフチェやショプスカサラダとか、いわゆるサイドディッシュもめちゃめちゃうまい。ゴージャス。とくにちょっとグリルしたパンとかフレッシュレモネードとか、もーうエクセレント。パンとレモネードのためだけにでもこの店に毎日行ける(食べ物写真はまた明日)。
