easter trip to vienna

During the Easter holidays in Macedonia, I went to Vienna for sightseeing. Sightseeing! I have been in Vienna several times, but I had never done the touristy stuff. So, this was the first time. We walked around to see Museums and stuff. Also, this time, my friend's friends (Macedonian) who live in Vienna took us around in the city, where local people go. It was actually very nice to know how Vienna's local life is like. My finding this time was "Vienna is a cool place", especially, non-touristy places are. Very deep. I started liking Vienna.

今回のそのイースターの連休にまたウィーンに行ってきました。いままで何度かウィーンは行っているけれど、「観光」ってヤツをするのは実は今回初めてで、とりあえず美術館なんぞをまわってみたりしました。また、今回は友達の友達(マケドニア人)でウィーン在住の人があちこちローカルが行くようなところに連れて行ってくれたりしたこともあったので、ディープウィーンを体験することが出来ました。いやあ、ウィーン、いいっすよ。観光ディスティネーションとしても素晴らしいものがありますけど、ローカルとして住むところとしてもなかなか良さそうなところですよ。住みやすそうだし、クールなところがいっぱいあるし。かなりウィーン、ポイント高しとなりました。

easter eggs

So, Easter in Macedonia. I was out for Vienna during the Easter holidays, but I received the eggs today from my friend. Very cute. Nicely colored with beautiful patterns. Amazing work of my friend's mother. In Macedonia, during the long weekend of Easter, people are visiting each other and giving colored eggs to visitors, family and friends, wishing you a healthy, happy year. And people eat those eggs a lot during this period. I am worried about people getting too much cholesterol. By the way, for those ignorant about easter eggs, these eggs are boiled (or maybe only me did not know?)

そしてイースター連休明けの今日。友人から色付きタマゴをいただきました。かわいいのですよ、この友人家のタマゴは。ただ色をつけるだけでなく、こんなかわいい模様まで。ビューチフルワーク。マケドニアでは、イースターの連休中、お互いを訪問し合い、友人、家族にこのタマゴを配るそうです。今年も健康で幸せな年であることを祈りながら。つまりタマゴ交換をしあうということですね。そして、このタマゴはいずれ食べるそう。それってなんか、みんなこの期間、コレステロール値が高くなりそうですね、そんなにいっぱいタマゴを食べてたら。ちなみに、このタマゴがゆで卵であることを知らなかった私は、色をつけるときによく殻を壊さないで塗れるなあ、と思っていました。しかも、色は塗るんじゃないことも今回発見。染めるんです。

macedonian orthodox easter

In the Macedonian Orthodox calendar, Easter is coming on Sunday, April 23. There have been series of events since last weekend in Macedonia. Today is the day for coloring eggs according to my friend who woke up early this morning and colored eggs before coming to the office. The photos are taken today at a church. Kids are gathering, and people are receiving "holy flour" and "holy oil". People add these to dough when they bake the Easter bread.
There was a funny incident speaking of Easter....
In the Catholic calendar, Easter was in the last weekend. There was a holiday in the catholic country like Austria and France. In Macedonia, the Easter holiday is on next Monday. So, it varies depending on countries and affiliations. At the other day, in my Macedonian class, I was asked seriously when is the "Japanese" Easter holiday(by French classmates and a Macedonian teacher). I was like, "ah-, well... most of Japanese are not Christian, so we do not have an Easter holiday"... People do not know much about Japan(-"-) It is a samurai's country.

マケドニア正教のカレンダーでは今度の日曜がイースターです。先週末くらいからイースターを祝うイベントがあちこちで催されているのですが、今日は、タマゴに色をつける日だそうで、私の友人は朝早く起きて仕事前にタマゴに色を塗ってきたそうです。写真は今日の教会。左側の写真の人ごみは「聖なる小麦粉」と「聖なる油」をもらっているところ。イースター用のパンを焼くときに混ぜるんだって。
イースターといえば、ちょっと面白い事件が。
カソリックの暦はマケドニア正教の暦とは違うので、先週がイースターでした。オーストリアやフランスなどカソリックが多い国では、先週の月曜日が祭日でしたが、マケドニアでは今度の月曜が祭日です。宗派によって同じキリスト教でも祝う日が違うのです。そして先日、私のマケドニア語のクラスでそれが話題になった時、マケドニア人の先生とフランス人のクラスメイトから質問が来ました。「日本のイースターの祭日っていつ？」だって。。。えーっと、あのー、日本はクリスチャンの国じゃないのでイースターの祭日はないんです、って説明しました。、、、っていうか、そこまで日本について知らないんか、みたいな。サムライの国だぞ。

So, here are Amica's dishes. It is a Italian base, but it has some unique taste with unidentifiable spice and a cute style of display of food on a plate, which are also similar to Pastis's concept... And the bread are very good like you can find it in an expensive restaurant in NY. I would say Amica is a rare kind in Skopje. So far, I like it.

そしてこれがアミカの料理。イタリアンなんだけど、なにかちょっとユニークな味付けとかわいい盛り付けなど、スタイルがあってなかなかよろしい。パスティスに通ずるものがある、といいましょうか。なかなかスコピエではめずらしいもんです。パンもおいしいし。ここいうカンジのパンってなかなかスコピエにはないのよね。いまのところ、けっこうお気に入りかも。

amica

I found another girl-ish restaurant in Skopje after Pastis (check February 1 post). Particularly, I like that "Amica" has a view from the 2nd floor, which is very rare in Skopje because most of the restaurants in Skopje are on the ground. Besides, it keeps windows open, so I can feel a breeze like being in the open-air, and overlook the river. Very high point. I also like their taste of furniture and lighting, which I would say is casual chic for grown-ups. And that they serve food on a cloth luncheon mat makes also high score. Very cute. And how is their food? I will tell you about it tomorrow.

またまたパスティス(二月一日ポスト)のような女の子好みのかわいいレストランを発見してしまった。センターモールの2階にある「アミカ」。スコピエのレストランはたいてい１階にあるので、高いところからの景色を楽しみながらごはんが食べられるレストランというのはそもそもあまりない。しかもアミカは窓を開けっ放しにしてオープンエアになっているので、そよ風を感じつつ河の景色を楽しみつつ、ランチが出来る、という、なかなか貴重な場所。インテリアとか家具とかライティングとかも落ち着いていてけっこう好き。ランチョンマットに布を使っているっていうのもポイント高し。気に入りました。そして肝心の料理は? それは明日語ります。

japonska cherry blossoms?

Lately, I was asked few times if I saw Japanese cherry blossoms on a street near the Macedonian Square. But, I have to say, they are not "Japanese" cherry blossoms. "Sakura", of which Japanese make a big deal out every year like "Hanami", is a totally different kind, while these blossoms are also beautiful and the same kind of tree in a different name can be seen in Japan. Well, our Sakura blossoms are supposed to be much thinner pink, and have more delicacy... not like this pushy, thick blossoms. But I found there are sakura-like trees in Macedonia. That blossom is more like white-ish, it is not Sakura color at all, but the shape of the flower and how the tree stands and how branches are looks very much Sakura tree. I would take a photo if it is still there. But, then, I am interested in how Macedonian call that tree....

最近よくマケドニア広場の近くの(日本の)桜を見たか、とわざわざ聞かれることがあるのですが、日本人からいわせると「いえ、これは日本人が花見をする桜じゃありません」と言いたいですね。たぶん日本にも似たような木は「八重桜」という名前であるかと思いますが、日本人が毎年大騒ぎをするのはこの桜じゃないんだなー、ってカンジ。。。。でも実は、マケドニアにも「ソメイヨシノ」に似た木があるんです。花の色は限りなく白に近いのでぜんぜん桜っぽくないのですが、花の形といい枝振りといい、桜の木そっくり。写真がないのでいまはお見せ出来ませんが、咲いている期間中に撮れたら撮ってみます。それにしても、じゃあその木はなんと呼ばれているんだろう。。。

about balkankan again

About the Macedonian movie, "Balkankan", which I mentioned in the story on February 16, it seems now on cinema in the US, according to a Macedonian cultural website, which I use sometimes to check cultural events in Macedonia: http://www.culture.in.mk/story.asp?id=13983 (although, according to the NY citysearch, Balcancan is not in the theater in NY yet).
And now, the unpirated DVD with English subtitle is available in Macedonia, so I watched it. Well, I could say that my first gut was right. It is a funny movie, well plotted, very exaggerated sarcasm about people in Balkan and their history... If you, as a foreigner, are familiar with West Balkan's history and stereotype images of Macedonian, Serbian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, etc., you will understand how funny (and great) this movie is. Museum of Balakan characters with cartoon touch. And if you know their language, I guess it is even funnier. I hope you will have a chance to watch it. It is worth it. And then, you will understand what kind of place I live in right now.... ;-p

2月に一度話題にしたマケドニアの映画「バルカンカン」、私がよくマケドニアのカルチャー系イベントをチェックするサイトによると、いまアメリカの映画館で上映されているらしい(http://www.culture.in.mk/story.asp?id=13983 )。そのバルカンカンの本物DVD(海賊版じゃないってこと。英語字幕付き)がようやく手に入ったので、さっそく鑑賞してみました。。。。感想は、そうですね、はじめてマケドニア語の海賊版でちらっとその映画を見たときの印象は正しかったのだー、とでもいいましょうか。キャラが立っていてB級的でコミカルなカンジが非常に興味深かったので、ずっと見たかったのですが、うん、期待通り、面白かったです。たぶん西バルカン(とくに旧ユーゴ)の歴史と、ボスニア人、セルビア人、モンテネグロ人、マケドニア人、ブルガリア人もろもろのステレオタイプ的イメージをよく理解している人にとっては、非常に面白いのではないでしょうか。皮肉り方とか、強烈ですから。ホント、バルカンの縮図を映画の中に見る、ってカンジ。キャラのオンパレード博物館。きっとさらに彼らの言葉をそれぞれまた理解できたらもっと面白いに違いない。ということで、おすすめです。広く世の中の皆さんに見ていただきたいもんです。私が住んでるバルカンってところはこんなところなんです、みたいな。。。

moody spring

As spring anywhere could be the same, the spring in Skopje is also very moody. Yesterday it was 20C, but today it is like 10C, and even it is windy and rainy. The lowest temperature will go below 0C tonight, according to the forecast. It feels much colder after enjoying the sun for few days... I do not like it. Even the central heating in the city is on again. Speaking of the heating (remember? a stroy on January 23), I found a cute wood stove at my friend's house. I guess it is also in use today.....

春の天気が変わりやすいのは世界中どこでもおんなじなのか、スコピエの春もほんとに信用できない。。。昨日までは20℃くらいの天気だったのに、いきなり今日は最高気温11℃、最低気温は0℃以下とかいって、急に寒かったりする。雨も降っているし風吹いてるし。いい天気のあとだから、余計に寒く感じたりして。ああ、いやじゃあ。。。。街のセントラルヒーティングもついてるし。ってことはそれだけ寒いってことか。ヒーティングといえば、前に街のセントラルヒーティングがないエリアは「薪ストーブ」なるものを使っていると書いたことがありますが(1月23日掲載)、お友達の家で、かわいい薪ストーブ発見。今日みたいな日は大活躍中に違いない。

bastion

I have not mentioned about my favorite cafe in Skopje. After six months living in Skopje, I finally figure out how to pick "my" cafe from many choices of cafe spread all over in Skopje. First of all, Bastion plays my kind of music, like jazzy stuff, i.e. U.F.O or Mondo Grosso or Rebirth of Cool kinds-. Second of all, it serves "right" Capuccino, which means without whipped cream, as most of other cafe serve with, if I do not specify. That Bastion has cosy open-air space with nice woody chairs is also a big point. And watching people who come to Bastion is fun. Many of them have styles. So, again, a beautiful, sunny day like today, it is nice to have an afternoon coffee at Bastion.

6ヶ月もスコピエにいると、ようやくお気に入りの「マイ」カフェってヤツが出てくるもんです。私のお気に入りはこの「バスティオン」。スコピエに数限りなくあるカフェの中でなぜバスティオンなのかというと、まずバスティオンでかかっている音楽がいい。いつもU.F.Oやモンドグロッソ系のJazzyな音楽がかかっていて気持ちいい。第二に、バスティオンのカプチーノは正当カプチーノである。他のカフェではたいていわざわざ指示しない限り、カプチーノのフォームの部分が生クリームだったりする邪道かつ甘いカプチーノがでてきたりする。第三に、こじんまりとしたオープンエアスペースがあるからお外コーヒーが気持ちいい。そしてバスティオンにやってくる人たちがこれまたこじゃれた人たちが多いので、目の保養になる。そんなこんなでまた今日みたいないい天気の日曜の午後は、お外カフェが気持ちいいんです。。。

spring

Aaaaah, beautiful, beautiful weather. Strong sunshine. Very Mediterranean. New sunglasses required (which I already bought in Vienna). And when it is warm like this, bunch of people enjoy coffee outside along with the river. yeeepy!! :D

もう最近のスコピエったらいい天気続きでめっちゃビューチフル。すでに日差しは夏のように強く、さすが地中海気候、みたいな。新しいサングラスが必要ですわね(ていうか、この間のウィーン買出しでちゃっかり買いましたが)。そしてこんなに天気がいい日には、みなさん川沿いのカフェでゆったりとお茶するの。きもちいー。

toothpicks

Like the classic type of the toilet (a story on February 12), Japanese tend to think that toothpicks are also originally from Japan (or China). Well, NO. European has been using toothpicks since ages ago like Asian. No wonder you see toothpicks everywhere in Macedonia. They are very much used. So, then, the qustion is, if it is not from Asia, why Samurai? for a toothpick brand (and it is even an Italian brand)...... funny.

2月に書いた和式トイレの話もそうですが、日本人ったらつい「爪楊枝」は日本のモノ、って思いがちでしょうが、実はヨーロッパにも大昔から存在していたようです。たぶん紀元前からとか、歯を磨く手段として。なので、マケドニアのどのレストランに行ってもけっこう当たり前のように爪楊枝を見かけるのですが(もちろんスーパーにも売っています)、しかし、昔から存在するものなんだったら、なぜ「サムライ」、とか思ったりして。日本の輸入モノかと思っちゃいましたよ。イタリアのブランドだって。。。。サムライ。

grocery shopping in vienna

Since there is no Japanese grocery in Skopje, sometimes I need to go to Vienna to buy stuff. Unlike NY, there is only one or two shops that sell Japanese stuff in Vienna. In the monopolistic world, things are expensive. But, can't complain.

スコピエには日本食材を売っているお店がないので、時々ウィーンに買出しに行かないとならない。NYと違って、ウィーンには1-2件しか日本食材屋がないので、モノモノが高いのですが、まあ、しょうがないですね。

dolce's palacinki

My favorite light meal shop, Dolce, has not only jacketpotatos, but good palacinkis. These are a red palacinki and a black palacinki. The red one is Dolce's special - salty type, which is with salami and cheese etc. And the black one is Dolce's special - sweet type, which is with cream, coconuts, raisins and sugar with cinnamon flavor. Both are good (and cute).

最近のお気に入りの軽食屋「ドルチェ」のパラチンキにトライ。ドルチェスペシャルの「赤い」パラチンキと「黒い」パラチンキ(そういう名前なんです)。赤い方はチーズとかサラミとか、お食事系。黒い方は、クリーム、ココナッツ、レーズン等が入ったデザート系。どちらも美味。

kanal 103 event

This weekend, there was an event of the local radio station, Kanal 103, for its 15 year celebration. There were series of performances from local musicians (plus British and Italian guest musicians). It was interesting to see how Macedonian music scene is like, and this Kanal 103 is the radio station that plays music I would listen, so all music at the event was quite satisfactory. And the group particularly I liked was "rabotam na sluchajot", a hip hop team of youngsters. Their rapping was like one of those J-POP hip hops, which sounds very "light", unlike USA's that expresses lots of anger and frustration (although, I heard this Macedonian kids are rhyming about war, which Japanese will never relate). Moreover, I found out Macedonian language is easy to rhyme because the end of each word of adjective, adverb and noun conjugate with cases and such in a consistant way, most of the time (I guess).

今週末はマケドニアのラジオ局の15周年記念イベントのライブに行ってまいりました。「チャンネル103」というそのラジオ局で流れる曲はけっこう私のタイプだったので、きっとイベントも面白いに違いないと思って行ったら、その通り、マケドニアのミュージシャンたちによるパフォーマンスは十分楽しめました。特に、お気に入りだったのは「ラボタムナ・スルチャヨット」というヒップホップチーム。J-POPヒップホップを髣髴とさせる軽いノリ(でもライムで語ってる中身は戦争のこととかだったりするらしいけど)の、キュートなパフォーマンスでした。マケドニア語は格の変化が単語の語末に集中しているので、ライムしやすいんだ、ってのもなんか面白い発見でした。

simit-pogacha

"Simit-pogacha" is made from a burek and a bread. It is a sandwich of a burek, sort to say. Burek is like Balkan style pie, and a burek specially made for simit-pogacha, (which means a burek with no filling like meat or cheese) is put in bread to make an extra carbo food, "simit-pogacha". Why would Macedonian want to eat such high carbo stuff in a ordinary life. It is something like you would eat at a carbo loading party at a triathlon event. Well, it tastes good though, considering burek itself is a bit oily but the bread soothe the oily part. And of course you eat this with a good partner of doughy stuff = Macedonian yogurt (drinking yogurt). It seems this style of simit-pogacha is Skopje original. In Turkey, where people think simit-pogacha is originally came from, it is called "Skopska (Skopje's)" simit-pogacha.

「シミットポガッチャ」という食べ物は、ブレックのサンドイッチとでもいいましょうか。パンにブレックをはさんだ食べ物なのですが、ブレックというのはバルカンスタイルのパイなので、パイをさらにパンにはさんで食べるっていう、非常にハイカーボな食べ方をする食べ物です。まあ、ブレックだけだとちょっと油っぽいので、パンがそれを和らげてくれるといえばいえるので、いいコンビネーションってことなのでしょうか。そのヘビーなカーボ具合は、トライアスロンとかのイベントでよくあるカーボロードィングパーティーに出してもいいくらいなんじゃないかと思うくらい。そしてお味の方は、まあけっこうイケル、かな。もちろんマケドニアの飲むヨーグルトと共にいただきます(この手の小麦粉系食物には欠かせない飲み物ですから)。バルカンのこの手のものは普通トルコから来ているものなのですが、このタイプのシミットポガッチャはトルコで「スコプスカ(スコピエの)」シミットポガッチャと呼ばれているそうなんで、どうもスコピエオリジナル、らしいです。

Speaking of light meals, Trend serves also *internationally* light meals ;-) 　It is a "lounge restaurant", next to a club with the same name, which makes the atmosphere there a bit cheesy, but they have decent foods and coffee. It is ok place to have a brunch. There is also open-air space, which is very important when it is warm and sunny.

軽食といえば、このラウンジレストラン「トレンド」もインターナショナルな軽食を出すカフェです。同じ名前のクラブが隣接していて、ちょっと雰囲気が「おミズ」入っていますが、けっこうブランチ向きのそれなりにイケてるごはんとコーヒーを出すので、重宝します。オープンエアスペースがあるので、天気がいい日はお外ごはんが楽しい。

dolce

There is a place called Dolce, which also serves palacinki, but the best menu here is this jacketpotato. I guess jakectpotato is like British food, so, I am introducing a non-Macedonian food of Skopje. Well, I could say it is European food, considering Macedonia is a part of Europe. Anyway, this stuff is really good as a light meal, which there is not many offered in Macedonia.

マケドニア広場にあるこの「ドルチェ」はおやつ屋さんとでもいいましょうか、パラチンキも食べられる軽食屋なのですが、ベストメニューはこのジャケットポテト。イギリス発祥の軽食なのでマケドニア料理ではないのですが、スイスなどにもあるそうなので、まあヨーロッパ料理といえますでしょうか。そしてマケドニアもヨーロッパの一部ということで、こういうごはんもあります、みたいな紹介。というか、マケドニアにはあまり「軽食」がないので、ちょっと小腹がすいたときに食べるものがなくて困ることがあるのですが、ここのジャケットポテトはかなりヒットです。

handball game in skopje

I usually do not watch any kind of sports in general. Even when I was in NY, where many Japanese usually go to watch baseball or basketball games as a tourist activity, I went only couple of times to Yankees as an obligation of NY resident to accommodate visitors. But in this weekend, I was recommended to go to watch a women's handball(!) game in Skopje, because women's handball is actually something a Macedonian team has a possibility to compete in the global level. And this game of the Macedonian team, Kometal Gjorche Petrov, to compete with a Spanish team was for the semi-final of European Women's Handball Champions League. A must-see game if you are happened to be in Skopje. Well, the result was actually not favorable to Macedonia, but as a tourist activity, I enjoyed much the atmosphere of the Macedonian cheers. And it is always fun to be in a crowd on the way to go to the venue, seeing excited people. One funny thing was the security at the entrance did not allow audiences to bring pens(!?) because they said it is dangerous if people throw pens to the court..... yes, of course. So, we needed to hide pens somewhere outside of the venue. But, my question was why people in Macedonia would throw pens... Well, then I understood the situation when I saw people actually throwing the lighters to the court after Macedonia lost.

NYに4年もいながらマジソンスクエアガーデンには一度も行かなかったし、ヤンキースタジアムにも数えるほどしか行かなかった私は、スポーツ観戦はほとんどしない人だといえると思うのですが、今週末、スコピエでなんと女子ハンドボール(!)の試合を見に行ってきました。マケドニアの女子ハンドボールチームは、マケドニアでは数少ない、世界で戦えるレベルのチームだそうです。で、今回、ヨーロピアン選手権のセミファイナル出場 をかけてスペインと戦う試合だったので、マケドニア人の間でだいぶ盛り上がりを見せていて、マケドニアにいる数少ない日本人としてこの試合は見ておくべきだという勧めを受け、行って来ました。結果は、残念ながらマケドニアのセミファイナル出場は達成できなかったのですが、マケドニア人の応援ぶりとか興奮ぶりとか、十分楽しめました。特に、会場入り口で「ペン」を持ち込んじゃいけないと言われ、どこか外に隠さなきゃいけなくなるという事件が発生したりして。なんでペンを持ち込んじゃいけないかというと、大衆がコートにペンを投げ込んだら危険だから、だって。そりゃあ、たしかに危険だけど、ペンを投げるって、マケドニア人っていったい。。。。? ってカンジでした。そしたら、最後に負けが決まったときライター投げていた人を実際に見て、うーん納得。

Oh my god, very cool place opened in my neighborhood. It is a jazz lounge with the very well designed interior, which creates very relaxing, cozy atmosphere. You can spend nice time here with good Macedonian wine and good conversations with good company. This one could be in the NY night scene like one of those in the meat packing district, and survive in the fierce competitions. Seeing from their good taste of creating the floor, I can expect the lineup of the guest jazz musicians would be good. We will see.

なんとうちのご近所にめっちゃクールなジャズラウンジがオープン。まじでかなりイケていて、それこそNYのミートパッキングエリアにでも新しくオープンしそうな感じのラウンジ。こじゃれたインテリアが心地よくって、つい長居してしまう気持ちのいい空間。マケドニアワインでもゆったりと飲みながら会話を楽しめるオトナのお店かも。どんなゲストジャズミュージシャンが来るのか、今後が楽しみですな。

rashomonijada

Speaking of interesting Macedonian words, there is a word originated from Japanese: "Rashomonijada". Obviously, it is taken from the famous Japanese classic novel "Rashoumon", of which movie was on-aired many times in Macedonian TVs so that the word "Rashoumon" became famous enough to form a new word among Macedonian intellectual class. "-ijada" is like a suffix to form a noun in Macedonian. The meaning of the "Rashomonijada" is the situation that is described differently by different people, so causes lots of confusions, as the movie does. Well, I do not remember the story of Rashoumon much, except the image of just dreadfully dark like hell, and I have never seen the film, so, I can not say much. Macedonian know Japanese things better than me, I guess..... It is impressive that Japanese stuff that I almost do not know can be referred by Macedonian in their newspapers.

面白いマケドニア語といえば、ひとつ、面白い日本語源の言葉があります。芥川龍之介の「羅生門」から派生している「ラショモニヤダ」。その昔、「羅生門」の映画がマケドニアのテレビで何度も何度も放映されていたようで、そのうちとうとうひとつのマケドニア語を形成してしまうくらい「羅生門」という言葉が有名になったようです。 "-ijada"という接尾辞は名詞を作るときに用いられるのですが、「羅生門」に"-ijada"をつけて、"Rashomonijada"(ラショモニヤダ) だって。どういう時に「ラショモニヤダ」と言うかというと、いろんな人がひとつの出来事をぜんぜん違うように説明するので、まったく訳がわかんないことになってしまっている状態、を言うらしい。そういわれてみて、「羅生門」ってそんな話だっけ、とか思ったりして。めっちゃ暗い話だったのは覚えているけど、肝心の中身は覚えていないかも。。。というか、マケドニア人の方が私よりもよく知っているってこと!? 　いずれにせよ、ちっと面白い言葉。マケドニアの知識層に使われていて、新聞とかで「あの政治家がこんなこと言っていて、この政治家はこんなことを言っています。もうよくわかんないけど相当ラショモニヤダですね」みたいな使われ方をするらしい。うーん。なんというか、ここまで日本文化がマケドニアに根付いているって感動的ぢゃない?　 ムラカミもそうなっていくのかなー。
